WP Syndicator Installation and Setup
WP Syndicator is installed and activated just like any other WordPress plugin. Once you have done that there will be a control panel on the left menu.
The Config options allow you to add your Bit.ly API key. Don’t worry if you have no idea what that is. Sign up for Bit.ly and the plugin will display it once you sign in. This will be used for automatically shortening the URLs in microblogs. You can also set the default post size, auto syndication, maximum posts per day and your keyword anchor text.
The Accounts options lets you add your login information for each of the Web 2.0 sites. This lets the plugin post your content to each of the sites.

I’m sure that this happens all of the time but it was the first that I had actually seen it on one of my sites.
I had just added a new post and was checking the Google search engine results for my keywords. Unexpectedly this is what I found…
The site is relatively new and I have not really put too much effort in building backlinks. I knew the site was indexed it but I wasn’t expecting to see it ranked at all. I wasn’t expecting the Google Bot to index it in a minute and I was definitely surprised to see it ranked number 12 out of almost 1 million broad matches. The site is also an autoblog built using WP Robot primarily pulling content from Amazon. Although it is an autoblog I have tried not to build it too fast by having too many posts each day. Hmmm…what does that say about being penalized (or is that a myth) for having duplicate content that I read about all of the time?
Anyway that’s all for now…on to build some backlinks to get on page 1
The Authority Loophole, a joint product from Dave Kelly and Chris Rempel, was released today. Authority Loophole is a Windows based product that is available for Free once you opt-in at their website. After the software has been installed, it is used to search for your keywords on websites that use a certain type (and popular) web script. It will list the websites, their page rank and whether they meet the criteria to gain a one authority way link to your site. You can watch the video below for a quick demo by Chris. I have been using it for about an hour and it is easy to see the power of the program in helping to get authority links to build with your sites ranking. The software is extremely easy to use and the entire process is straight forward. IMO, it appears to be a great free option to include in your link building arsenal. One concern would be how long the links will stick, that remains to be seen.
Hello Everyone…if you haven’t noticed (it is easy to miss), Google has added a few changes to their search results. A new “Show Options” link appears above the search results. This allows you to easily filter search results by date or content type. Perhaps the biggest addition is the Wonder Wheel, that provides a visual relationship between search results.
